They are not exercises in the meaning of hard workout, just additional things to do to speed up your metabolism:
- 5 times per week do additional 20 minutes workout. If you usually go to fitness, than add 20 minutes more cardio/aerobics exercises. If you don’t do any workout, than start 20 minutes per day. Download my free exercise videos – they are only 20 minutes of length.
- Add some walking – even 15 minutes per day can make the difference.
